Time to finish the project
How wonderful to have completed a project! But, before you are completely finished, you also need to complete the final payment and accounting. This is an important step that also needs to follow the plan you have written in your project! Therefore, be well ahead of time with this step.

Final payment
At the end of the project, you enter My Pages on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website and apply for final payment
NOTE! Before you submit your application, it is important that you contact us at the operations office. We would be very happy to help you and review your documentation and accounts. Expenditure that is not approved by the Swedish Board of Agriculture cannot be changed afterwards, and may instead lead to deductions from the support amount.
So let's be more than one to help each other double-check everything!
Time to submit the application for final payment
Your decision (start notification or if you have made a formal change during the project to a changed end date) states the end date of the project.
Your application for final payment must be received by the Swedish Board of Agriculture by that date, otherwise you will receive sanctions for each day the application is received late.
It is possible to apply for an extension to submit a final project report, but this application must be received before the original deadline. It is therefore important that you apply for an extension in good time!

Save all data
Even if the project itself is over and you have completed the final report, you will need to be able to report on the entire project with original documents for five years after the project has ended.
Therefore, remember to have a place for all documentation, save everything in the same place to facilitate a possible requisition!
