CultureCrew

The project will strengthen young people's involvement in the local community and create more opportunities for young people to influence and develop cultural life in their hometowns. Through the working model CultureCrew young people interested in culture are offered training in organizing, where they can develop their own ideas and take responsibility for planning and implementing cultural activities based on their interests. At the same time, adult contact persons are trained to support the groups and help create long-term conditions for the activities. The project will conduct outreach activities in several locations in Västerbotten, build local groups of young organizers and create meeting places for the exchange of experiences and collaboration. Through training, network meetings and practical organizing work, young people will gain stronger self-esteem, increased participation and valuable experience of leadership and project implementation. The goal is to create a stronger network of young organizers in the county and contribute to a more vibrant, inclusive and youth-driven cultural life.
