Say hello to Emma Bergman, newly hired operations manager for Idériket Umeå Region 2030. Emma will build up Idériket's leadership office and develop the business forward together with the new board.
– It feels super exciting and scary at the same time. But then everything is as it should be when you step into an important and interesting new assignment. I'm really looking forward to getting to grips with everything in the near future and developing a leadership office, says Emma.
She most recently came from a position as a rural strategist at Robertsfors Municipality and also brings with her experience from her time as a project manager for Stadsliv Kiruna. Experience that she will benefit greatly from in her new assignment, which she is really looking forward to starting soon.
– I look forward to taking part in many different people's fantastic ideas! Imagine what a luxury it is to be the one who gets an insight into all the inspiring and innovative thinking that happens and is done in our rural areas, and to help those who want to develop their ideas further! Also, together with a really competent board and a future work colleague, says Emma.
On April 17, Emma Bergman will have her first day as operations manager for the Umeå Region's Kingdom of Ideas 2030.
